Stress free Chocolate Chip Vanilla Cupcakes

While the stress of finals overwhlem students and teachers alike, Blueprint Magazine delivers an easy chocolate chip vanilla cupcakes for the most beginner bakers for all stress related sweet needs.
|Cupcakes ready for eating|
1 & 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
Peanut butter chips
1 & 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs at room temperature
2/3 cup of sugar
1 & 1/2 stick (6 ounces) of unsalted butter (melted)
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Any other edible decorating ingredients like frosting, candies, etc. for optional decorations.
Preheat oven to 350º F. Position oven rack in the middle of the oven. Coat the 12-cup standard muffin pan or 24 mini-muffin pan with softened butter or use a butter spray and line with cupcake liners.
In a medium bowl, whisk all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt together.

In a different bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and foamy for about 2 minutes. While beating the eggs and sugar, slowly pour in the melted butter and the vanilla extract.

Mix slowly and add half the dry ingredients into the mixture. Then add the milk and follow-up with the rest of the dry ingredients plus chocolate chips. Make sure not to overmix the batter.

Divide batter evenly in the muffin pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until center of cupcakes come out clean with a toothpick. Rotate the muffin pan halfway through cooking time.

Cool cupcakes in muffin pan for about 10 minutes. Take cupcakes out of pan and let them cool off completely.

Decorate cupcakes based on personal preference. I decorated mine with vanilla frosting, drizzled melted chocolate, powdered sugar, and peanut butter chips.
