Cookie Cake Brownie Supreme
An Easy to make giant cookie recipe
Ever dreamed of having a cake sized cookie without shelling out the $20 for a Paradise Bakery cookie, this simple time saving recipe will serve all cookie hankering.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of butter or margarine (softened)
1/2 cup of packed brown sugar
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 egg
1 & 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup of chocolate chips if allergic to peanut butter)
1/2 cup of peanut butter chips (omit this part if allergic to peanut butter)
Any other edible decorating ingredients like frosting, candies, etc. for optional decorations.

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350º F.

Step 2:
Mix the softened butter or margarine, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, and 1 egg in a large bowl until blended.

Step 3: In the large bowl, add all purpose flour, baking soda, chocolate chips and 1peanut butter chips. (Omit the peanut butter chips if allergic and add 1 cup of chocolate chips instead of 1/2 cup.)

Step 4: In an ungreased 8” x 11” rectangular glass dish, pat the dough in the dish and then put it into the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. After it’s done, let it cool for 30 minutes.

Step 5: After baking add own toppings and/or decorations on top. I added vanilla frosting, drizzled and melted white chocolate, peanut butter and chocolate M&Ms™, chocolate chips, and whip cream.

Step 6: Cut into squares, serve, and enjoy!
